Product Details:

DR.SALT PETRE a unique product along with associated chemicals introduced for the first time to combat nuisance of SALT PETRE/ SHORA formation. The application of these products will eradicate this problem completely and forever subject to application as per procedure followed strictly.
SURFACE AREA COVERAGE
The above package quantities will be sufficient to cover 200 square foot surface area.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION
Step-1: Clean the Roof/Wall or any other required surface with iron brush, normal brush and cloth as appropriate. Afterwards, clean the surface with a solution of water and C-MAX (in the ratio 100 Ltr water & 2 kg C-MAX).
Step-2: Make a mixture of Tuffcrete (pack a), Salt Petre powder alloy (pack b) and 100 Gm CMax (from pack d), and water in the ratio of 1: 4: 7. That means Tuffcrete 1 Litre, Salt petre powder alloy 4 Kg (with 100 Gm C Max.) and 7 Litre water. This will make a total of 12 Litre solution.
Step-3: Apply two coats with a gap of 2 hrs of the above mixture slurry from step 2 giving suitable curing and drying time after each coat.
Step-4: Apply 2 -3 coats of Black Coat WS (pack c). The Mixing ratio of Black Coat to water shall be 1:0.3 for first coat and 1:0.1 for subsequent coats.
Step-5: Give third coat of step 2 mix after a gap of 4 hrs. If any cracks appear, then use SRL's cloth bandage system for complete sealing of the crack.
Step- 6: Re plaster this area using 1% C- Max (from pack d) in the cement used.
