ABOUT TUFFCRETE
Ambient curing, No excessive hydrating water is required as TUFFCRETE retains solution water in the system, that is sufficient for cement curing. Tuff Crete can be used on moist surfaces but no pool water, A little puddle of water or condensed free water film should be present. Application cost of Tuff Crete is very low, as water is the thinner. However, please ensure to use soft or distilled water. It is Eco-friendly coating.
APPLICATION AREA
Normally, It becomes problematic, when the source of seepage/dampness is not traceable or identified and one needs to stop the walls from picking up moisture/dampness. Because of the water seepage, the costly paints peels-off & the rooms look dirty and shabby due to saltpeter formation. Besides this, the dampness brings a bad smell& efflorescence, which is unhygienic.
WHAT TUFFCRETE CAN DO

WHERE TO APPLY TUFFCRETE
1. Works as penetrating sealant, which retards corrosion of reinforced steel bars.
2. Multiple coats of this makes the concrete completely impermeable and you can even make terrace garden on the roofs.
3. This coating also can be used on Ceramic Pipelines as well as Cement Hume-pipes to make them less porous and impermeable. If applied on reinforcing steel bars, it will make them corrosion resistant. It can be used in bathroom & kitchen tile joints.
4. REPAIRING OF YOUR LEAKING ROOFS:
5. For leaking roofs, if the crack size is bigger, then apply TUFFCRETE-145 through Bandage System on the roof and after that, give a screed of 25 mm to 30 mm, in addition of C-MAX to achieve complete Water Proofing. Bandage system of TUFFCRETE-145 can also be used on Pipelines to avoid corrosion.

ABOUT WHITE KNIGHT-ECOTOUCH 
First time in India, one of the most budget-friendly Acrylic Coating for exterior application with added advantages of heat protection and water proofing. The long lasting architectural, specialty coating additive, is a bad conducting material and has been engineered to reflect UV & IR solar spectrums, which create a R-value of as much as 120. This coating subsequently reduces the overall exterior temperature of the surface by as much as 40% and inside temperature reduction by 6-7 degrees, as well as reducing sun damage and increasing the life of the product. It provides a thermal barrier which reflects sun's rays/ heat away from the substrate.
AREA OF APPLICATION 
Due to IR Radiation, roof & walls (East-West) gets hot during day & day heat is emitted into the living rooms at night. The rooms become so hot that creates sweating and even fans & airconditioning fails some time. The cost of cooling a room is quite e x o r b i t a n t a s w e l l . Moreover, the water stored in overhead tanks gets heated in summers and becomes unbearable while using it. On the other hand, during monsoon, the roof retains rain water and causes dampness and deteriorates the life of building structure.
APPLICATION METHOD
1. The first coat of WHITE KNIGHT – ECOTOUCH can be used as primer coating in ratio 1:0.5.
2. Give second and subsequent 3 coats of WHITE KNIGHT-ECOTOUCH in ratio 1:0.2.
3. Material is tint able and it can be done with any color of your choice.
4. Make sure that the gap between each coat is of at least 6 Hours to get the best results of the heat protection treatment.
5. Can be applied with any conventional method like brush, spray or trowel.

ABOUT BLACK COAT
Black Coat is completely moisture free, alkaline resistant, flexible in nature and gives a good waterproof layer on RCC roofs. It is the first step for giving foolproof water proofing to roofs and is compatible with any type of roof-strata.
AREA OF APPLICATION

Besides this, the moisture brings a bad smell, efflorescence and Termite, which is un-hygienic. 
Step – 1: Apply 2 coats of Tuffcrete first. Step - 2: Apply 2 -3 coats of WS (Water Soluble) Black Coat. The Mixing ratio of Black Coat to water shall be 1:0.3 for first coat and 1:0.1 for subsequent coats.
Step - 3: Give third coat of step 2 mix after a gap of 4 hrs. If any cracks appear, then use the fiber mesh for complete sealing of the crack.
Step – 4: Re plaster this area using 1% C- Max in the cement used. This will give complete Water Proofing and anti Shora treatment to the affected area. It covers 60-80 sq.ft per litre depending on the type of surface. 
WHAT BLACK COAT CAN DO…
1. Useful for water-proofing and dealing with seepages.
2. Anti-corrosive solution for exterior surfaces.
3. It is also an excellent and fool-proof anti-termite coating for any type of affected material. Since Black Coat is petroleum-based emulsion, the termites will not be able to endure it and not cause damage to the material/surface.
WHERE TO APPLY BLACK COAT
1. It can be applied on exposed TORR/MS steel rods to avoid corrosion in the RCC roofs. It can also be applied on the walls affected by rising seepages.

Description: Flexicoat is a liquid acrylic elastomeric waterproof coating for roofing applications

Product Overview: A one-pack, positive pressure, roof coating which provides a highly flexible waterproof coating with excellent weather resistance and long life flexibility. Ideally suited for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions. It is applied by brush or spray and after drying can be walked upon uncovered.


Properties:Flexicoat is a blend of weather resistant pigments, fillers and acrylic resins with the following properties:

Areas Of Use:Flexicoat is designed for application on roofs constructed from a wide variety of materials, i.e. concrete, light weight concrete, roof tiles, wood, galvanised steel, asphalt and asbestos cement. Ensure a slope of 1:75 is maintained to avoid ponding.

Application Method:
1. PreparationEnsure dust, dirt and foreign matter are removed from roof surfaces. All cracks should be made good with Tuffcrete Polymer/ Black Coat/ Red Coat waterproof paint. Before overcoating old substrates in humid tropical areas surfaces should first be washed down with a solution of household bleach 12 hours before re- coating to prevent the re-growth of fungi and algae.
2. PrimingIf substrate is porous, it is best to use Tuffcrete as a Primer (2 Coats as base primer) prior to Flexi Coat application.
3. ApplicationFlexi Coat can be applied by spray or brush, embedding glass fibre mesh rolls in areas which require reinforcement. Allow to dry and apply another coat to give an overall coverage of 100 sq. ft. per Kg of Flexi Coat. Do not apply if rain is threatening, as Flexicoat is not resistant to rain until fully dry.
